Terms & Conditions

• Rates are per person, per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice (not valid for groups). They include taxes and gratuities.
• All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the person who is traveling. A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
• The 50% off on stay for kids aged 4 to 12 is valid for up to 2 minors, sharing with 2 adults in the Ambassador Pool, Ambassador Sunrise, Family Duplex, Ambassador Two Bedroom Family, and Governor Suites. Blackout dates apply from November 22nd to 30th.
• The 50% off on stay for teens aged 13 to 15  is valid for up to 2 minors, sharing with 2 adults in the Ambassador Ocean View, Ambassador Pool, Ambassador Sunrise, Family Duplex, Ambassador Two Bedroom Family, and Governor Suites. Blackout dates apply from November 22nd to 30th.
• The suite upgrade is valid from an Ambassador Ocean View Suite to an Ambassador Pool Suite and from an Ambassador Pool Suite to an Ambassador Sunrise Suite, subject to availability.
• Spa credit is per person, per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, Barber Care Studio, or Water Ceremony. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to Spa Corner treatments. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other spa service, requires a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the spa.
• The transportation discount is valid for stays of at least 3 nights.
• Boutique discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Does not apply to spa boutique.
• Enjoy a complimentary 45-minute professional photo session. It does not include digital photos. Upon completion, a selection of 80 to 120 photographs will be presented for optional purchase, with prices starting at $45 USD per photo. To book, please reserve at least two days in advance. A 4-hour notice is requested for cancellations. The service is subject to availability and weather conditions.
