¹A special discounted rate

• Promotional rates and benefits are applicable to hotel-only and package (hotel + flights) bookings for the applicable travel dates made directly through our websites.
• Applicable to new reservations only.
• Variable additional savings are available exclusively by booking under our All-Inclusive Pay in Full Now & Save (non-refundable rates) on the following travel dates:
• From now through March 1, 2026 a 30% discount applies.
• From March 2 - December 20, 2026 a 40% discount applies.
• The last day of check-out must be completed by December 21, 2026.

²Extended comforts for your stay

• Early access can be requested upon arrival directly at the frontdesk. Our staff will store your luggage and grant you access to the resort's facilities.
• You may also request extended resort access upon check-out at the front desk, subject to availability.

³500 USD in Resort Credit

• A 4-night minimum stay is required for the 500 USD in Resort Credit offer.
• A 16% service fee applies to services paid with Resort Credit. This fee can be paid in cash or by credit card, and cannot be paid with Spa or Resort Credit.
• Applicable for selected tours, romantic dinners, spa services, beauty salon services and golf at selected golf clubs.
• A maximum amount of 100 USD in Resort Credit can be applied towards spa services.
• Not combinable with other spa promotions.
• This credit must be redeemed during the guest's stay booked with this offer and is not cumulative for future use.
• Combinable with the 1500 USD Resort Credit offered when booking a Presidential Suite or Governor Suite.
• Golf is not available at Cozumel Palace.

⁴Complimentary stay for kids & teens

• The "Kids & Teens Stay Free" promotion is applicable to kids and teens aged 0-17 years old at our family-oriented resorts.
• One paying adult must be in the same room in order to receive the "Kids & Teens Stay Free" promotion.
• Children's ages must be reported in the reservation and proof of age will be required upon check-in.
• If the child is 18 years old or above at the time of check-in, the difference will be charged directly to the guest at that moment.
• Maximum occupancy per room category applies.

⁵Free round-trip airport transfers

• Minimum four (4) night stay required for free airport transfers.
• Free airport transfers are held on a shared basis to and from Cancun International Airport (for Cancun and Playa del Carmen properties).
• Guests staying in the same room are entitled to a maximum of two complimentary transfers.
• Additional transfers (three or more) can be arranged upon request and will incur an extra charge.
• Not applicable at Cozumel Palace.

Booking conditions

• Reservations with overlapping dates qualify—only dates within the promotion can be considered for discount.
• All rates shown and promotional benefits are subject to change or may be suspended at any time without prior notice.
• Not applicable to travel agent rates, tour operators, FAM trips, site inspections, complimentary, compensatory stays or any other rate-reduced promotions in the market.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• This promotion is not transferable to guests in other rooms.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the booked travel period and may require notice from 72 hours prior to arrival up to 30 days before arrival.
• Non-Refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation.

Deposits

• Certain rates require a guarantee deposit based on the travel period.
• This deposit may range from one night or more, depending on the dates of stay.
• Non-Refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.

Penalties

• Penalties vary according to the travel period and may range from the cost of one night to the full amount of the stay.

Refunds

• If a cancellation is received and the reserved rate is flexible, the cancellation is submitted within the required timeframe, and the reservation qualifies for refunds.
• The estimated processing time is 14 to 30 days after the request is submitted and approved.

ReservHotel is our technology partner for flight connectivity and ticket sales, handling all operational and intermediary processes related to booking and purchasing airline tickets. Promotional benefits apply exclusively to the hotel portion of your reservation. Neither PR Global Reservations LLC, being authorized to distribute and commercialize accommodation services of Palace Resorts, nor Palace Resorts themselves, shall be in any way liable for problems related to the air transportation service, where problems are understood as including, but not limited to: flight delays, lateness, cancellations, technical failures, etc.

Guests are fully responsible for ensuring they are in possession of a valid passport and verifying by law must fully comply with airport transport carrier’s regulations. Guests are fully responsible for covering all fees incurred by any modifications (including, but not limited to, name changes and date changes) made to reservation. Guests are fully responsible for any missed flights or connections and any costs associated thereto. Guests are fully responsible for confirming their assigned flight itineraries directly with the air transport carrier(s), 72 hours prior to traveling. Should guests require any special assistance including, but not limited to, mobility assistance and wheelchairs, they are responsible for contacting the assigned air transport carrier(s) directly. Guests are fully responsible for verifying if their assigned air transport carrier(s) charge(s) additional fees for concepts including, but not limited to, luggage, seat assignments, seat upgrades and food & beverages. In such cases, guests are fully responsible for covering such fees.
