⁴ Free round-trip airport transfers
- Minimum four (4) night stay required for free airport transfers.
- Free airport transfers are held on a shared basis to and from Cancun International Airport.

- Additional transfers (three or more) can be arranged upon request and will incur an extra charge.
Booking conditions

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation terms vary depending on the booked travel period and may require notice from 72 hours prior to arrival up to 30 days before arrival.
- Non-Refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation.
Deposits
- Certain rates require a guarantee deposit based on the travel period.
- This deposit may range from one night or more, depending on the dates of stay.
- Non-Refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.
Penalties
- Penalties vary according to the travel period and may range from the cost of one night to the full amount of the stay.
Refunds
- If a cancellation is received and the reserved rate is flexible, the cancellation is submitted within the required timeframe, and the reservation qualifies for refunds.
- The estimated processing time is 14 to 30 days after the request is submitted and approved.
