⁴ Free round-trip airport transfers

• Minimum four (4) night stay required for free airport transfers.
• Free airport transfers are held on a shared basis to and from Cancun International Airport.
• Guests staying in the same room are entitled to a maximum of two complimentary transfers.
• Additional transfers (three or more) can be arranged upon request and will incur an extra charge.

Booking conditions

• Reservations with overlapping dates qualify—only dates within the promotion can be considered for discount.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the booked travel period and may require notice from 72 hours prior to arrival up to 30 days before arrival.
• Non-Refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation.

Deposits

• Certain rates require a guarantee deposit based on the travel period.
• This deposit may range from one night or more, depending on the dates of stay.
• Non-Refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking.

Penalties

• Penalties vary according to the travel period and may range from the cost of one night to the full amount of the stay.

Refunds

• If a cancellation is received and the reserved rate is flexible, the cancellation is submitted within the required timeframe, and the reservation qualifies for refunds.
• The estimated processing time is 14 to 30 days after the request is submitted and approved.
