FIRST TIME USER GUIDE

• Bookings and rates are for a weekly stay (8Days/7Nights), Limited short stay available for 3 to 5 days stay.
• Resorts will enforce maximum occupancy per unit posted on booking engine
• Minimum age for the check-in may be 21 to 25 years old at some resorts (Las Vegas, Mexico...)
• Once booked and paid-in-full, the reservation is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable for any reason.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation.
• Resort fees and other miscellaneous charges may be imposed by resort and must be paid time of check-in.
• Mandatory All-Inclusive: Some resorts in Mexico and Caribbean may require the guest to purchase an all-inclusive component.
• Please check with our condo department if you're not sure if the resorts are all-inclusive fee is mandatory.
• Most resorts offer weekly stays with check-in days typically scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Guests expecting a late arrival must contact the resort directly to notify them of their revised arrival date. Failure to arrive as scheduled without prior notice may result in the reservation being canceled and classified as a no-show, which is non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for early departures.
• Generally, check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00AM, Early check-in may be available based on availability.
• The resorts may assign the unit number for the reservation 2 to 3 days prior to arrival date. If you have any special request, please call the resort directly 2 to 3 days prior to arrival date.
• Block space reservations, the resort may not have or see the reservations until 5 to 7 days prior to arrival date, however, be assured the reservation is confirmed.
• No guarantees on view or location of the unit, please call resort 3-days prior to arrival with any special request(s)
